Loved this one. What would be the best way to integrate complexes into an existing three day lifting schedule? Would any off day work or would you avoid a day prior to lifting?
Since the weight you're using is lighter and shouldn't burn you down, you could do this between main weight days. Most of the time I'd recommend doing complexes once per week, then a day of more traditional cardio once per week, then your three main weight days. That's five training days per week and some room for two complete off days as well.
