Prioritize & Schedule for Success
This was definitely a busy week, as plenty of my daylight hours have been dedicated to home improvements. We’re having our home re-sided, which comes with some added projects on our end (re-painting doors to match the new siding color, insulating a porch floor, and more to come).
Regardless, I kept my training high on the old priority list, ate extra to make up for the added calorie-burning labor hours, and stayed on schedule. Let’s get into it!
Fall Training - September 24th, 2023
You ever have those days where your mental energy is dialed back a notch, but you still crush your numbers in the gym because there's no other option? This was one of those days.
Winter Bulk - Day 1
Follow along as I take you through GST SIZE's Squat Day with 70% 1RM core lifts and medium-rep supplement lifts. Lifts include Barbell Reverse Lunges, Oppen Bar Squats, Roman Chair Hyperextensions, Barbell Shrugs, Leg Extensions, and Hanging Leg Raises.
On top of training, my personal chat covers plans for the next six months. It's bulk time!
Winter Bulk - Day 2
Had a killer Press Day today with a chest pump that lasted the entire day, thanks to @MorePlatesMoreDates and Gorilla Mode Nitric.
This video includes 30 Degree Incline Presses, Flat Dumbbell Presses, Chinup Grip Lat Pulldowns, Seated Dumbbell Overhead Press, Rope Tricep Pressdowns, and Standing Barbell Curls.

Winter Bulk - Day 3
These GST SIZE lower body days are brutal, but they're also effective for building muscle and mentally rewarding. Let's go through some quality lower body compound exercises together and get things done!
