There’s a great back story with Rafa and I’m pumped he ended up being chosen as this month’s giveaway winner. Back when I was first starting up my online training business and hustling for clients on Bodybuilding.com, Rafa came into my life.

He is actually my first online client and I still have emails between us, dating back to 2010. We still stay in touch from time to time and it’s great to hear what past clients are up to, so I’m glad we do.
